Soundlounge: Feel The Sound

Top 6: August 28th 2019
"Feel the sound!": At the Soundlounge get-together for the industry on August 29 the Proximity and CraftWork agencies are presenting an innovative poster by means of which more than 20 different sounds and noiseeffects can beproduced -by swiping one's fingers over the surface of the poster a la tablet or smartphone. With surprising ease, this action creates intuitively a dynamic musical sound, powered by beats, basses, percussion, vocals and the sound of guitars. Music which can be felt –in a double sense. The poster is a hybrid, comprising a print poster and high tech: the various organically designed surfaces, which differ in texture, transmit pulses to an invisible microchip when fingers pass over them. The result is a unique, vibrant musical sound featuring sound loops and basic rhythms, amplified with the aid oftiny loudspeakers concealed within the poster.
