Whether it’s a mom, teacher, auntie, neighbor or friend who always heralds the holiday cheer, this emotional ode to the Mrs. Claus was created in partnership with creative agency Butler, Shine, Stern and Partners (BSSP). Dear Mrs. Claus celebrates moms and those who carry the mom mantle for all they do to bring their families joy during the holidays, which is often overlooked. From tirelessly searching for the perfect gift to keeping the flame of family traditions alive, and everything in between. Instead of merely sharing what the brand can do for Mom, this new campaign celebrates Mom herself. Tapping into the insight that women are society’s givers, and the fact that over 85% of holiday shopping is done by women, BSSP saw an opportunity for Zulily to stand out from the sea of holiday sameness and celebrate the brand’s consumer. At its core, the new campaign is a story told by the women of America—every age, race, and cultural background—speaking in one collective voice.
