With #PrideMonth ending and all companies changing their logos back to normal, Dove Caribe decided to take a stand. The brand stated that the LGBTQ+ community should be celebrated all year long, not just during the month of June. Just as our products do, every time you use them.
Every time a person washes their hands with our soaps, Dove bubbles form an array of colors. They display a beautiful natural rainbow that celebrates LGBTQ + pride, every day. So, the Arco and Unilever Puerto Rico teams captured spectacular macro shots of the bubbles to show that our soaps show #PrideInEveryWash (In Spanish, #OrgulloEnCadaLavada), turning the pictures into an amazing print series. The team took on the task of finding the correct lighting, forming the bubbles precisely to achieve the flashes of light. The series of prints launched during the LGBTQ + Pride Parade Day this past Sunday, June 27, and will run during the month of July to raise awareness on the subject. The campaign launched in different media such as billboards, a truck that traveled across the parade, d-boards, printed press, digital content, and influencer amplification.
