Pisco was historically the most egalitarian drink in Peru, drunk from the Spanish landowner in the coastal valleys, to the most humble natives in the heights of the colony. It was important for San Martín and Bolívar when the Republic was born and it is important now, because it is our identity.
Let us reaffirm that pride of being a people with a legacy worthy of legend. Let's toast to the Bicentennial of Peru! Let's toast with Pisco Runa-Guanay!
