In Colombia, 1 out of 8 people suffers malnutrition. Supermarkets Ara, a brand with presence throughout the country decided to do the opposite of traditional retail: Drive nutrition above sales by creating Nutrition Mission. A new segmented distribution and exhibition model that promotes the products that people need the most, depending on the region they live in. We crossed the National Malnutrition Data with the inventory of products in our stores. We selected the food that supplied the nutritional needs of each area of the country and we gave them the highest visibility among all the products in our stores and social networks.
