Amidst the joy and fun, the holiday season can also bring chaos. And while things sometimes feel like they are out of our control this time of year, there is one thing we do have control of - ourselves. Therabody reminds us of the importance of taking control of our wellness in an action-packed spot to kick off their holiday brand campaign, produced by Stept Studios, directed by Patrick Hall, and created by creative agency Runt. The film stars the boss herself - Peloton Instructor Ally Love - delivering the message that "you can't control the holidays, but you can control your recovery."
