To ignite a new era for Net#work BBDO, we took 27 years worth of awards gathering dust in large trophy cabinets and reimagined how we could get them into the hands of 670 employees, past and present, who helped us build our agency.
We melted all our award trophies and used the molten metal to craft 670 gratitude pendants in the design of our logo, a hashtag synonymous in the industry with Net#work BBDO since 1994 - long before Twitter got hold of it. Each pendant was hand-engraved with its own unique employee number, individually packaged and gifted to every employee who has been part of our 27 year story. Net#work BBDO has always been about #TheWork. But there wouldn’t be the work without the people. So, we made it our mission to acknowledge every person that makes #TheWork possible, from the tea lady, all the way through to top management. By giving back and showing our gratitude, we were able to inject positivity back into the industry during tough times, highlighting that, at Net#work BBDO, it’s the people that really matter.
