When things are too good to be true, people tend to come up with their own stories. And those stories spread quicker than a neighbourhood Whatsapp group. In this case, they're just good deals from Volkswagen. Really.

The film titled "Stokvel" is based off a South African initiative where people form savings or investment society/groups (referred to as a stokvel) to which members regularly contribute an agreed amount and from which they receive a lump sum payment.
