Samsung created the first ad you want to be targeted by
in Flipvertising campaign via CHEP Network. The campaign had Australians Googling anything they could think of to try and get targeted by Galaxy Z Flip4 ads, in the hopes of seeing the elusive winning ad. In the search for the winning ad, their algorithms flooded them with unpaid media about the Z Flip4 - reviews, content and unboxing videos.

To see the ad and win a Galaxy Z Flip4, would-be Flip4 owners needed to search three specific search terms that link to three films. Anyone who had seen all three went into the targeting pool that would serve them up the ad as a YouTube pre-roll. People discovered a whole world of brilliant Flip4 content that they might not have seen otherwise as they tried to find the exact search terms to the three films.

The clue films people found along the way, directed by Max Barden and The Sweetshop, act as fun product demos of the new device, and reveal a clue to the next search term they needed to get into the targeting pool.
