Mailplus wanted to position their pick up and delivery service as second to none when it comes to reliability and efficiency. DDB Sydney created a campaign-able idea where anything other than perfect service would have fatal consequences. The TV shows a Mailplus courier delivering a mattress to a falling sky diver whose parachute hasn’t opened. The mattress arrives just in time along with the line ‘Right place. Right time. Every time’ demonstrating the exemplary service only Mailplus can deliver.
