Temporary employment agencies in Belgium have a salubrious reputation, with a checkered history of questionable practices, so it's safe to say there is room for improvement. Leading temp agency, Accent aims to pave the way in cleaning up the temp employment industry with ‘Unsuck Work’, a multi-channel campaign aiming to convince a demoralised and understandably wary temp workforce that they are different. Not only will they get their workforce a good job, they will actually like it, and each person will be treated with courtesy and respect, no matter what their race, age or personal circumstances. A bold statement but also a public promise to do better and inspire the whole industry to follow. Created by independent creative agency Mutant, ‘Unsuck Work’ consists of online film, outdoor, print and radio activations running now until 4th of November.
