Historically, Intrust Super's customer base has been drawn from the hospitality industry. Faced with an opportunity to broaden their market - at the same time hoping to stay true to their roots - Intrust Super were looking to establish a new brand personality. Clemenger Brisbane created a new positioning for them and delivered it via a creative scenario that anyone who's ever drunk coffee can identify with.
