The joy of great things for your home can be hard to beat. As in really hard to beat. This is the insight behind H&M HOME’s new brand campaign, in which we see people lose sight of their surroundings due to the soft touch of a wool rug, the shine of a champagne glass, or the delightful plumpness of a vase.
“Falling in love is very personal, and that also rings true when falling in love with interior objects. This brand campaign film shows the playful versatility to H&M HOME, as well as showcasing our interior products in a lighthearted and humorous way” says Evelina Kravaev-Söderberg, H&M HOME Head of Design & Creative. The spot gives a gently mischievous twist on how small things truly make a big difference, especially when it comes to falling in love. Directed by Martin Werner and produced by Bacon with Stockholm-based agency King, the campaign introduces a string of relatable characters in over-the-top situations making for a charming and humorous result. With a nothing short of classic soundtrack. “We have played with the idea of ’falling in love’ with the chosen H&M HOME products included in the campaign. To clearly show that we have a bit of self-distance in what we do, we have exaggerated the role they play in the customers’ lives. We think it makes for an interesting and joyful feeling, adding a personal touch to the brand,” says Frank Hollingworth, Creative Director at King.
