In Brazil, medication boxes come with a label that can appear in different colors. These colors serve as a key to direct medications for specific purposes. Controlled-use medications have a black label, such as those intended for mental health treatment. In parallel to this, we have recommendations from healthcare professionals stating that regular physical exercise can be as effective as the use of some medications. With this in mind, we use this information to promote the Gracie Humaitá Fortaleza Jiu-Jitsu team, even drawing a comparison between a beginner in the practice, a white belt, and their ability to triumph over medication, represented by the black label.
