Getting the right balance of flavour in beer making is definitely a craft… even if what you’re brewing is not a craft beer. There are the same-as-all-the-others green bottled beers and on the other side you’ve got the very-hoppy-oyster-stouty appealing to the very few beers. But Mac’s has found the sweet spot, the Goldilocks zone of beer making - not too boring, not over the top… just the right kind of interesting.
