123asegúrate: Someone's past shouldn't damage your future.
Most young people see AIDS as a problem very far from their reality, as if they were safe from contracting the disease.
However, contracting HIV (human immunodeficiency virus), which can lead to AIDS, is in your daily life and in your relationships. The reality of youth, is that they have sex with people they consider trustworthy and let themselves go without any protection against sexually transmitted diseases When we have sex with somebody, as far as the spread of diseases is concerned, we don't just sleep with that person. We are also sleeping with all the people with whom that person has been intimate throughout his life, and one of those people could have a transmitted disease. That past can affect our future, but we can avoid it by protecting ourselves. To connect with young people and capture their attention on World AIDS Day, we created a series of graphics with a ludic tone that, through a game, explains very well what having unprotected sex can entail.
