Ford: Women don't know anything about cars..

In a world where gender stereotypes persist, Ford Ecuador stands as a pioneer in breaking barriers with its latest campaign for International Women's Day. With a bold approach and a striking statement, the renowned automotive brand challenges the status quo with its innovative initiative.

Under the provocative title "Women Know Nothing About Cars," Ford Ecuador launches an advertising campaign that defies expectations and celebrates the pivotal role of women in the automotive industry. How do they do it? Through the magic of artificial intelligence and delicate retouching in Photoshop, Ford presents striking images of iconic women who have made their mark in the world of cars.

In this print campaign, the images are divided into two parts: the first half shows the woman in a conventional manner, while the second reveals her true identity as a driver. A visual punch that challenges entrenched perceptions and celebrates female power behind the wheel.

Among the featured figures are Dorothy Levitt, a pioneer in British motoring and the first woman to compete in a car race in 1903; Danica Patrick, whose prowess on the track made her an icon of American motorsport; and Susie Wolff, a talented driver who has defied expectations and left her mark in the racing world.

This campaign by Ford Ecuador not only aims to highlight the female presence in a traditionally male-dominated field but also seeks to inspire women everywhere to pursue their passions and chase their dreams, no matter the obstacles that may stand in their way.

With this initiative, Ford Ecuador demonstrates its commitment to gender equality and its support for all women who defy norms and drive towards a more inclusive and diverse future in the automotive industry.
