Volkswagen: The Transporter

Embed Video
Under the motto 'Ready For Your Mission', the global lead agency Scholz & Friends is bringing the new Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles van with action star Jason Statham onto the road. Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles is premiering its new TV commercial for the launch of their new Transporter during the German broadcast of Super Bowl LIX. The campaign comes from global lead agency Scholz & Friends and highlights the unique features of the new Transporter in a series of commercials and digital content, from its impressive load capacity and superior driving characteristics to state-of-the-art safety features. The face of the campaign is none other than Hollywood star Jason Statham, who rose to fame with the film series 'The Transporter'. Despite having a real action hero as a testimonial, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles celebrates above all the 'Everyday Heroes' in the campaign - namely the target groups. The protagonists, such as fleet decision-makers, couriers or logistics service providers, are not impressed by the action in the campaign film. They go about their work as usual, while Jason Statham, alias Frank Martin, quotes the rules familiar from the film series in typical style. In the end, it becomes clear that even though 'The Transporter' is involved, it only needs the Volkswagen Transporter to get the job done.
