Spinner Perú: Prisoners of Fear![]()
In Peru, more than 6 million businesses, mostly small, informal and subsistence enterprises, live condemned on a daily basis. Not because of the economy. Not because of competition. But because of fear.
They are victims of extortion, threats and violence. This is a real crisis that breathes the streets, in the markets, in the cabs, in the neighborhood businesses, in the deliveries, and in every corner where a Peruvian man or woman tries to get ahead honestly. “Prisoners of Fear” is a visual protest campaign. An initiative born from the creative community to make visible a reality that is covered up with empty figures and unsubstantiated promises of security by the State. This is not a commercial campaign. It is an alert. A denunciation. A narrative built from the visual language to shout what millions cannot say for fear.
