Ad Council / Opportunity@Work: Story Unfold
Building on the success of the first ‘Tear the Paper Ceiling’ campaign in 2022, the Ad Council and Opportunity@Work have launched a new public service announcement, ‘Story Unfold’. Created pro bono by Ogilvy and directed by Loris Russier through PRETTYBIRD, the campaign opens with a striking visual – a scrunched-up piece of paper – representing the millions of people who are disregarded from job opportunities due to not holding a bachelor’s degree. The film encourages employers and hiring managers to ‘unfold’ the paper and embrace skills-first hiring practices and access overlooked talent.
