In recent times, thanks to decentralisation of authority in Indonesia, various government ,regency heads have been passing bylaws in some provinces which are extremely discriminative against women. Yayasan Jurnal Perempuan, a local NGO, and a fierce campaigner for Women's Rights, asked Advantage Advertising Jakarta to help them educate the public about what is happening, without specifically pointing fingers at any one law in particular.
