Orange Uganda (Launch): Hello

Following on from a nationwide radio, print and outdoor teaser campaign in which Orange simply said "hello" to the Ugandan market, Publicis Conseil/ Access Leo Burnett Kenya told this story to show that sometimes the greatest things begin with a simple "hello".
