Radox: Carwash

Director Jeremy Goodall of feelgoodfilms refreshes Radox for TBWA Hunt Lascaris Durban
The film was shot in Cape Town, South Africa. The locations were chosen for their year round green lushness. The rainy winter in the Cape, however, proved to be more of a concern than the very technical and post driven film Jeremy had to make.
After a stressful few days of rainy and windy prep, there was a break in the weather that gave Jeremy and his crew a perfect two days for shooting.
The live action had to be shot with absolute precision so that all the scenes would match up perfectly for the post-production team. Almost all the scenes were shot against green screen so that the transitions between the dream worlds and reality would be seamless. To achieve some of the shots, motion control equipment was essential but not available. This did not phase Jeremy at all as he went on to create the motion control moves with other equipment. No mean feat but all in a day’s work for Goodall.
The end result is a powerful (and refreshing) piece of advertising for Radox through agency TBWA Hunt Lascaris in Durban, with Michael Mina, Creative Director.
