Moms Against Climate Change: Demonstration

Top 6: November 11th 2009
Environmental Defence Canada and ForestEthics, two of Canada’s most active environmental groups, have partnered with zig Toronto to launch Moms Against Climate Change, a campaign to demand change at the United Nations Climate Change Summit in Copenhagen this December. Moms Against Climate Change empowers parents by giving them the chance to make their children proud. The message is simple: tell our leaders to take tough action on global warming now. The campaign includes a PSA and web site, www.TakeActiononClimateChange.com, where parents can upload photos of their kids to be projected on walls in Ottawa to remind Prime Minister Stephen Harper who he’s representing in Copenhagen.
