DDB New Zealand were out to create an emotional link between ANZ and its customers (both existing and potential) by demonstrating that ANZ sees the world the same way they do. Because ANZ lives in the same, world that everyone else lives in they know it’s not perfect. Which is good. Because when you know something could be better, you do what you can to improve it.
