To promote the launch of the Mercedes Benz CL 63 AMG, 140 BBDO South Africa gave consumers the chance to experience the power of the car outside of the showroom.By combining a magazine ad and a smart-phone to create the first-ever magazine test drive. Thus, even if people were too intimidated by the cost, or unaware of the speed of the car, after experiencing the performance in the ad, they would go to a dealership for a real test drive.
