These spots and animations are a part of a new anti-Meth campaign that just launched, centered around the power of "ASK". Instead of talking at teens the way many prevention efforts … read moredo, thiscampaigns seeks to engage them with digital and social components to leverage the popularity of personal recommendations among teens. The TV, print and radio are meant to drive traffic to the brand new site, methproject.org.
The Meth Project, a national prevention philanthropy, and digital-marketing agency Organic (www.organic.com) tapped award-winning filmmaker Darren Aronofsky to direct these hard-hitting and graphic TV spots.
And London's Studio AKA created these animations from past award-winning TV spots, creating deconstructions which show the facts behind the ad in break-out videos.
