With thousands of bars to choose from in Las Vegas, Monte Carlo needed a way for the discerning beer snob to know The Pub wasn’t just any bar, serving just any brew. Monte Carlo asked David & Goliath to create something that would increase awareness and distinction of The Pub in a booze saturated market, while focusing on their selective eye on quality beer. They craved the beer drinker who appreciated beer as an art, but more Warhol than Da Vinci. The tactic was to reach the stomach through the funny bone, by showing beers so unappealing, they’re funny. The payoff: we’ve got hundreds of beers, but don’t worry, this isn’t one of them.
