Homeless, the big forgottens of the presidential campaign

The Collective “Les Morts de la Rue” (The Dead on the Street) challenges the candidates with a new awarness campaign to bring back to mind homeless people and generate action.

When the progress of sustainable development should not eclipse the issue of homeless: two spots denounce the indifference

The Collective “Les Morts de la Rue” have been struggling for 10 years against the indifference suffered by the "forgottens" of the street. At least 390 of them died in France in 2011. To increase politicians and public awarness of its action and let them know how living on the street leads to premature death, the collective “Les Morts de la Rue”, in collaboration with the Euro RSCG C & O agency (Havas), launchs a new campaign in the midst of the presidential campaign: two striking spots denouncing homeless people situation.
The two spots are confronting the progress of the environmental cause and the deteriorating situation of the homeless so as to question the public.
By combining the progresses in sorting or recycling and the lives of the homeless, the film deliberately denounces the indifference and lack of mobilization of society against their fate. Both films were directed by Matteo Pellegrini (production Stink France) under the leadership of Christophe Coffre, Creative Director.
