Everyone knows there is no improving on Mother Nature so with that in mind Tropicana came out with its new drinks that have the same percentage of water as the real thing. According to +Castro Director of Innovation, Nicolás Pimentel, the real challenge was for Castro to develop a point of sale installation that used cutting edge technology that recognizes not only the fruit but its percentage of water.

The fruit, its size, volume and even its color is correctly detected using a special sensor. They drove home the concept in two ways: showing a beautiful waterfall, using Rain 2.0, that spelled-out the different percentages of water and through a very entertaining interactive experience using AR. People were invited to place different kinds of fruit on the stand, that activated an AR showing themselves on a screen with elements from mother nature like flowers, conk shells, and trees.
