The Stella Artois Chalice Factory from Mother New York gave people the chance to witness the fantastic chalice crafting process, as well as, possibly obtaining a chalice of their very own. Visitors navigated the factory by speaking to “ALICE”, the chalice factory tour guide powered by Google Voice Search API. If visitors asked “ALICE” the right question she would unlock the Engraving Room, where they could get a chalice engraved with a personal message. Over 500,000 visitors toured the Chalice Factory, 20% returned, averaging four and half minutes per visit. And while the site was active, Stella Artois US grocery sales went up 39.3%.
