Leo Burnett/Arc Worldwide's "Open Something Greater This Holiday" campaign for the Art Institute of Chicago's inspires Chicagoans to take a break from the stress and obligation of the holidays and enjoy the freedom and sanctuary of the Art Institute Galleries.This campaign builds on the excitement of unwrapping something through print, digital, social, OOH, transit, ambient, event, etc. The unwrapping theme is featured throughout the campaign – whether in a peel back of a print ad to reveal a work of art gifted to the City 80+ years ago, unwrapping the lions in front of the Institute or virtually unwrapping an invitation to visit The Art Institute this holiday season. The unique and truly hands-on campaign allows museum visitors to unwrap the artwork when they visit the Art Institute.
Earlier this year, Leo Burnett/Arc Worldwide was selected by the Art Institute of Chicago's as the pro bono creative agency of record.
