The Manchester United Foundation: The Comeback

The Mob Film Company has completed a major campaign to raise awareness for Manchester United FC's key charity, the Red Heart Foundation. The project has culminated with a 100" (and 30" cutdown) film featuring Manchester United Legends, who will be donning their boots for one last time, in a charity football match against the Real Madrid Legends, in June 2013.

The film, titled 'The Comeback', shows the Man Utd training hard to get fit. Like retired fighters, they do this in secret, undetected and away from the public gaze. The Legends run many early morning miles and toil away for many weeks, right through the winter - not in glamourous gyms, but in dark, sweaty places of pain and the backstreets of Manchester.

In this film we see Bryan Robson, the Legends coach, put his hand-picked United team through a rigorous and tough training regime, until he is satisfied they are ready to pull on the famous red shirt again! Denis Irwin, Lee Sharpe, Dion Dublin, Dwight Yorke, Andy Cole, Mikael Sylvestre -- The Legends are back!
