Joburg Zoo: Unseen Animals Zoos in South Africa face a unique challenge. The wild, and the animals in the wild in other words, the zoo's main attraction are just too accessible. People who want to see animals in their natural habitat merely need to drive a couple of hours, and they'll be right there.
For a recent billboard for Joburg Zoo, Y&R South Africa counteracted this perception by focusing on one of the experiences that anyone who's been on a game drive knows intimately being in an exotic animal's habitat, but not actually spotting them.As illustrated by the 'Unseen Animals' campaign, it would be much easier to see them at the Joburg Zoo.
