Spokesperson Lance Reddick (“Fringe,” “Lost,” “The Wire”) examines the fine points of bulb technology. Like, for example, the old Edison bulbs’ utility as bologna fryers and some new LED bulbs’ inutility as ping-pong paddles.
Cree LED Bulbs, by contrast, look and light like incandescent; are 85% more energy efficient; more technologically advanced; produce less heat. As for the way some retailers are still trying to sell you older, less advanced LED bulbs, Reddick says, "If that doesn't get your goat, you don't have a goat to be gotten."
