Just before Easter, the company Kallimanis created a clever Twitter promo called “tweetSarakosti”, meaning “tweetLent”. As you’ve probably seen on Twitter (or even tweeted yourself), every day around lunchtime, lots and lots of people tweet “I’m hungry” or “starving” or “feeling an emptiness in my stomach” -or something along those lines. Kallimanis decided to take advantage of that trend and share their love for fish, by giving away lent-appropriate gifts. So, during Lent, the company replied in real-time tweets containing the word #peinaw (meaning “I’m hungry”), offering delicious seafood gift boxes to many lucky Twitter users.
