The challenge for Butler, Shine, Stern was to demonstrate the ease of use of Benefit’s revolutionary new gel eyeliner pen. Known for its cheeky line of instant beauty fixes, we wanted to tell a story that captured Benefit's unique personality. We captured how easy the eyeliner is to apply through a cinematic story of a woman handcuffed in the back of a police car precisely applying her liner for a gorgeous mugshot.
