Directed by Stuart A McIntyre for Ogilvy Montreal, his new film for Canadian Armed Forces is a pure melting pot of the senses. Hints to his former background as an editor are evident in the precision of the editing and together with punctuated sound and Adam Marsden’s cinematography, it succeeds in being both visually disruptive and elegant. A visceral call but one that sensitively does not resort exclusively to boys’ own adventures to make it’s point. Stuart A McIntyre is represented by Steam in Canada and Rogue in London.
