South Africa has one of the highest incidences of domestic violence in the world, with one women being killed every 6 hours by an intimate partner. Around International Women’s Day POWA via Joe Public, Johannesburg launched their 'Safe at Home' campaign to create awareness of these shocking statistics by demonstrating that for many women home is not safe.
