Dubai Sports Channel: Dubai Sports Channel - Shooting

In this particular instance, we were the creative agency, the production company and the postproduction company in one.
The client provided us with the sports that needed to be highlighted and we developed the concept and produced the idents.
The main hero of all the spots was of course the athlete, set with a backdrop of the stunning skyline and iconic architecture of Dubai.
A time-splice was created in post in order to enhance and amplify the mood of the athlete being the “center of now”.
The shoot took 4 days in the studio and one day was left for us to shoot the plates for the spots.
The postproduction took a grueling 5 months to complete, as we literarily had to craft each image from scratch. All the elements had to be painstakingly combined into one image that lived as one.
Highly complex water simulation, cloth simulation,particle simulation & background compositing was just part of the task.
