Motiv Telecom: 4G Radio

Voskhod, Yekaterinburg has launched '4G Radio' to promote Motiv Telecom by placing radio transmitters in those places that didn't pick up the cities radio stations and with help for Motiv Telecom's 4G service the radio continued to play after a short message.
