Handicap International: Body Can't WaitTop 6: March 28th 2018
With the ambition to raise awareness behind the needed funding to develop prostheses technology, The Herezie Group launched an outdoor activation in Paris for Handicap International that outfitted famous statues with amputated limbs, like the Venus, with a prosthetic. There are 100 millions people around the world in need of artificial limbs. In Togo, some of them still have to wait almost 20 years. Handicap International develops 3D printing for prosthesis with the aim of accelerating access to prosthesis for thousands of war victims stuck in dangerous or inaccessible zones.
