It all started in 2014 with the launch of the BBQ Bible containing the commandments of a good barbecue in a book that translated Tramontina's passion for grilling in a sensorial and … read moredefinitive way. In the years after that we had the campaign "Teachings of the Grill Master" featuring the Grill Master character in films that taught the art of preparing good barbecue. This mythical entity, a hero that appears to assist every time someone is about to disrespect the most sacred of the culinary rituals, has become a comic strip. Grill Master is a mythical entity of the barbecue. A hero that appears to assist every time someone is about to disrespect the most sacred of the culinary rituals. Tales of the Grill Master is a comic book saga in five episodes that offers Internet videos with the teachings of the Master using a language that combines both worlds: story books and real world interventions with elements of grilling and Tramontina products. In the comic strips, the Master shares his knowledge about one of the main cultural expressions of the country, such as the process of sharpening a knife, dosing the course salt, and controlling the flames. Using the Tales of the Grill Master, Tramontina shows that achieving excellence in grilling requires patience, time, and obviously: the right tools. To create the comic strip, the brand went after the master in comic books, Rafael Grampá, one of the most renowned comic book artists in Brazil, recipient of the Eisner Award, the Oscar of international comic books.
