After returning from World War II, Czech soldiers weren’t celebrated like in other countries. Instead, they were sent to prisons and labor camps by the Communist regime. Y&R Prague, with the Post Bellum National History Archive, created a campaign to raise awareness about this injustice. The print campaign “Heroes Unwelcome” features the true stories of three veterans who were prosecuted for their bravery. The film "Untold Stories" shows how memories of combat can be painful for veterans' and how even their closest relatives aren't aware of them. The film aims to help create awareness about the importance of collecting these memories for future generations.
