A FOR aBHISHEK.

Artist, it’s the one word that describes me best. Art is my first love, my religion, my hobby andI am glad it’s my profession too. As a kid I was fascinated by all the myriad possibilities a blank piece of paper offered. Scribbles, doodles, sketches, origami, the humble piece of paper became my first canvas. I had found my calling.
I stepped into the prestigious JJ School of Arts to hone my skills. And after 4 eventful years at the institute I had an honors degree in illustration to my name. After the formal education I decided to step foot into advertising and began my carrier at ME. I then moved on to Makani, Publicis India and Taproot where I am still working.

Born and brought up in the city of dreams – Mumbai, I too love playing cricket on the streets of the city. As an illustrator, I love to observe and capture every moment in sketches. When I am not busy sketching, I like to listen to music or watch films. My other interest is cooking and I try myI try my hand at it whenever I get a chance.
