John Hipwell, Producer/Director @ HIPS which is an independent, boutique, film & digital production, distribution and exhibition company. HIPS have screen credits spanning a wide cross section of film, television and new media including documentary, feature film, TVC, corporate and video art. We produce both commissioned and self-funded productions working alone or in collaboration with experts in all aspects of the arts and entertainment industries.
