Emily Owens

Emily has won multiple awards for her work including" "Best App" (World Digital Book Awards) for interactive tale “COWZAT". She was the Senior Director at Channel Nine’s production arm 9mm for 4 years responsible for pitching a producing content across the Nine Entertainment Company's multiple platforms. Prior to this she worked as a full time director / editor for Goolarri Media crafting stories of indigenous culture in the Kimberleys. She is past film graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts, recipient of Top ARTS award for two of her films and Winner of Best International Short Film at Martin Scorsese's Queens International Film Festival NYC.

Emily is a pioneer multi-platform storyteller with a strong skill to create compelling, beautiful content for screens.
