Kapten and FamousGrey Paris launch "Karmatch", an activation campaign to celebrate the unusual moment when a customer and a driver meet for the second time on a Kapten ride. This campaign, created by FamousGrey, Paris, is supported by a film to be launched in digital and theaters in France, UK and Portugal. Do you think it is luck? No, it is loyalty! Every week, more than 1300 customers meet the same Kapten driver for the second time during their rides... Who would have thought this could happen that often? For loyal customers and drivers, the chances of meeting again are HUGE, therefore Kapten has decided to celebrate them. From September 9th to October 6th, when a driver and a customer cross paths for a second time, Kapten app will automatically trigger a "Karmatch". And when a Karmatch happens, everyone wins!
