Instead of buying a Super Bowl spot, Reynoldsoffered three months of Mint free to anyone who signed up online between the kickoff and the end of the game. The actor bought a full-page ad to announce that the 5 million dollar price tag for a Super Bowl spot could fund over 300,000 months of Mint Mobile service.
