Teenage Cancer Trust: Teenage Cancer Trust Unseen

Top 6: October 28th 2020
For the last 20 years, Roger Daltrey and Teenage Cancer Trust have put on concerts at the Royal Albert Hall which have generated millions of pounds for the charity. This year, Covid 19 made those gigs impossible. However, while the shows stopped, the urgent care for teenagers with cancer did not. The charity needed to find a way to generate the usual amount of money, by other means. Leo Burnett creative directors Mark Franklin and Rob Tenconi, collaborated with director Chris Rule from Academy Films, Teenage Cancer Trust’s Des Murphy, and 5Fifteen Productions to create ‘Unseen’, an online music festival streaming never-before-seen performances taken from the Royal Albert Hall archives. Legendary performances from The Who, Paul McCartney, Muse, Ed Sheeran, Florence + The Machine, Rudimental and many more will be broadcasting on a dedicated ‘Unseen’ YouTube channel. Everyone that tunes in is encouraged to donate money where they can; to help the charity to continue to provide extraordinary care and support for teenagers with cancer.
